WHY 'THE RIGHT NOT THE EMBRYO PUO'DIFENDERE oppresses the female person that did not want in your body. As you can imagine taking the parts of a being that is in the body of another person against the will and interests of the person who's in it? The reason can not accept that such a thing happen. The embryo can not be protected as if it were an autonomous entity that lives on their own, when in fact be incorporated into the body of a person in order to make the process that led him to become a human being equipped with life and subjective independent. Moreover, even if not granted that the embryo is a human being (for me to be a pro-human biological precursor of a human being =), one could say that in this case, the humanity of the embryo (as absolutely minimal, less intense ) has to surrender in the face of humanity (certainly higher, stronger) and to jus excludenda the female person who does not want in your uterus.
