PERCHE' IL DIRITTO NON PUO' DIFENDERE L'EMBRIONE OPPRIMENDO LA PERSONA DI SESSO FEMMINILE CHE NON LO VUOLE NEL SUO CORPO

WHY 'THE RIGHT NOT THE EMBRYO PUO'DIFENDERE oppresses the female person that did not want in your body. Comparing what is the embryo, but with what is a female person who committed a heinous pregnancy, it is natural to think that the sense of solidarity and justice to our fellow man require us to help the person who wants to exclude the embryo (biological invader) from his body, rather than this proto-human organism completely devoid of subjectivity. I can not conceive that anyone would feel the embryo as a brother and at the same time denying the wishes and feelings and oppress the health, happiness and the liberty of a person like him to a fellow who does not want the embryo in her body. As you can imagine taking the parts of a being that is in the body of another person against the will and interests of the person who's in it? The reason can not accept that such a thing happen. The embryo can not be protected as if it were an autonomous entity that lives on their own, when in fact be incorporated into the body of a person in order to make the process that led him to become a human being equipped with life and subjective independent. Moreover, even if not granted that the embryo is a human being (for me to be a pro-human biological precursor of a human being =), one could say that in this case, the humanity of the embryo (as absolutely minimal, less intense ) has to surrender in the face of humanity (certainly higher, stronger) and to jus excludenda the female person who does not want in your uterus. Generally, you do not allow comparisons between human personality, which assumes that all human beings are human in the same degree (regardless of age, social status, race, etc ...).
